We are more than just an online gaming platform. TOP138 is the result of a deep understanding of what Malaysians truly want — an experience that is safe, fair, enjoyable, and fully appreciated.
The TOP138 story began with a simple but important observation — many online entertainment fans in Malaysia felt undervalued by the platforms they used. Cluttered interfaces, slow customer service, frustrating withdrawal processes, and bonuses loaded with hidden terms. There was clearly room to do better.
So TOP138 was founded with a different approach. From day one, we decided to put user experience above everything else. Not simply adding more games to a list — but ensuring every aspect of the platform, from registration through to withdrawal, runs smoothly and without unnecessary friction.
Today, TOP138 offers a complete digital entertainment ecosystem — Live Casino with real dealers, Sports Betting across over 30 categories, lively online bingo, and a tiered VIP program that genuinely rewards loyal members. All accessible from one integrated platform, whether via web browser or mobile app.
What sets top138 apart isn't just product variety. It's the way we view our relationship with members. Every product decision we make — from interface design to withdrawal policies — is considered from the user's perspective first. This isn't a marketing slogan; it's an operating principle we've held since day one.
Trust cannot be bought with big promotions. It is built gradually through consistent action — paying out wins on time, protecting users' personal data with robust encryption, and delivering customer support that genuinely helps. That is TOP138's commitment to every member who joins us.
The TOP138 founding team began market research in Malaysia and built a platform framework with local users at its core.
The platform launched with Live Casino and Sports Betting. Early reception from Malaysian users was very encouraging.
The Bingo section was introduced alongside a tiered VIP program — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — to reward loyal members.
Top138 now operates as a full digital entertainment platform with a mobile app, 24/7 support, and over 30 sports categories.
