Your Account Is Protected at Every Layer

When you log in to top138, you're not just entering a username and password. Behind that simple interface, several layers of protection work silently to ensure only you can access your account.

Every login session is secured with 256-bit SSL encryption — the same technology used by banking institutions in Malaysia. This means your login credentials cannot be intercepted by any third party while being transmitted to our servers.

256-Bit SSL Encryption

Every login session and all transmitted data are protected with bank-grade 256-bit SSL encryption.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add a second layer of security with an OTP code sent to your mobile phone every time you log in from a new device.

Suspicious Login Detection

Our system detects login attempts from unusual locations or devices and sends an immediate alert to your email.

Automatic Session Timeout

Your login session will automatically end after a period of inactivity to prevent unauthorised access on shared devices.

Login Guide

How to Log In Easily and Account Security Tips

Logging in to top138 is a straightforward process, but there are a few things worth knowing to ensure a smooth experience and keep your account secure at all times.

First, make sure you're accessing top138 through the correct URL: top138.vu. Do not click links from unknown sources claiming to direct you to the top138 site — this is a common method used by scammers to steal login credentials.

If you're playing on a shared computer — such as at an office or cyber cafe — make sure you don't save your password in the browser and always log out when you're done. It's a simple step, but highly effective in keeping your account secure.

For a smoother experience, download the top138 mobile app from the App page. The app stores your login session more securely than a web browser and offers biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition) on supported devices.

A strong password is your account's first line of defence. Use a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Avoid using your date of birth, name, or easily guessable numbers. Change your password at least every 3 months for optimal security.

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered email address or phone number. We'll send a password reset link to your email, or an OTP code to your phone number. Follow the instructions in the email or enter the OTP to create a new password. This process typically takes less than 5 minutes.

Your account will be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts — this is a security measure to protect your account. Wait 15 to 30 minutes before trying again. If your account remains locked, contact top138 customer support via live chat and provide identity verification details to have it unlocked.

Yes, your TOP138 account can be accessed from multiple devices — desktop, phone, or tablet. However, we recommend you avoid leaving active login sessions on unused devices, especially shared ones. Logging out when you're done is a good security habit.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra security layer to your login process. After entering your password, you'll also need to enter an OTP code sent to your phone. To enable it, log in to your account, go to Security Settings, and select "Enable 2FA". We strongly recommend all members activate this feature.

If you suspect any suspicious login activity, take the following steps immediately: (1) Change your password right away. (2) Review your login history in account settings and end all unrecognised active sessions. (3) Contact top138 customer support to report the incident and request an investigation. (4) Check your transaction history to ensure there are no unauthorised transactions.

Yes, and we recommend using the TOP138 app for a better experience. The app is available for iOS and Android and can be downloaded on our App page. The app supports biometric authentication (fingerprint and face recognition) on compatible devices, making the login process faster and more secure.
